Air Jet Valve (Black Top)

This Air Jet Valve should be changed roughly every 6 months.  It may need to be changed more or less frequently depending on usage of the autoclave.  Consider purchasing the PM Kit referenced below.  It includes this Air Jet Valve as well as other routine maintenance items that should be replaced at the same time.  The Low Profile Wrench (Part RXT003) is offered for easily changing the Air Jet Valve.

While this Air Jet Valve is listed as the version that fits this model and that is generally accurate, over the years there have been some exceptions in the manufacturing process.  To avoid ordering the wrong part, always replace with the color (red or black) of the existing Air Jet Valve.  The threads are different and they are not interchangeable.

• 1/8-28 BSP thread

• For easy identification, the Air Jet Valve is painted black, engraved with “TUJ034”, and is referred to as the Black Top valve.

• 10 mm hex
